I really enjoyed your seminar on Saturday. I came back full of energy, motivated and most of all I felt, I could get into the property business, too. Your wealth of knowledge and experience coupled with good presentation skills left me very inspired. In fact, I could not stop thinking that if I knew 20 yrs ago what I now know, there is no doubt that I would also be a millionaire by now. I had always known I have a passion for property investment, but could never figure out how to tackle it. I will be booking my 17 year old daughter for the seminar, together with my husband. I believe if my daughter can learn all what you were saying from an early age, she can have a brighter future than mine. I was initially sceptical about your seminar(28th July 2007), because it was so cheap. I was pleasantly surprised at your seminar and I enjoyed it very much, thank you. I found your seminar very inspirational. So much that I made a offer on 2 flats in the Jhb CBD. One for R145000 at R2800 rent per week and another at R160000 at R2800 rental per week as well.
