Hi Gordon

My wife and I had the same idea of creating a property portfolio for our sons future and our financial freedom.

We identified a townhouse and attempted to purchase with a bond. However the banks declined us due to my wife having an irregular income as an idependent contractor.

According to the banks I am unable to afford the repayment as I am overexposed due to me paying all the bills.

The National Credit Act prevents one from growth - how does your programme get around it.

i want to retire early in 5 years from now but I always doubt my timing. Im currently studying auctioneering and planning to go for estate agency as well as property evaluation. I always hated living like a parrot in a cage. So, I need Gordon to help me with tips to turn my dreams into reality.

I would like to retire in 4 years, when I turn 60. I love my work (I'm a teacher librarian)but I see my colleagues struggle in those last 5 years.) I am now investing in property so that I can have a FABULOUS FUNFILLED LIFE, doing coounity work - ispriring children to love reading, develop spiritually, enjoy my family & friends, buy a sea-facing flat in Kalk Bay, & TRAVEL, TRAVEL & TRAVEL. I am so inspired by you (and Robin Banks & John Kehoe) and have felt my life step up a level. I am ready to step up more levels. I am starting to realise how good life can be. Thank you for your inspiration, care & listening skills.

I have just bought my first investment property and am very excited about it. I have many questions and need to learn from the best. You already inspire me through your DVD, e-book, wealth creation tips and now this news letter today. I take it all very seriously (and have fun with it) and absorb it into my value syatem. My daughter can see the positive effect that it is having on me and I am passing on the ideas to her. Not ony am I building a asset=base, I am becoming a better person.

What is holding me back are the following:
* Lack of money
* Fear of failure
* Single parent
* Afraid of failing and putting my kids in a even more tough situation
* Lack of confidence in my abilities

Hi Gordon

I am desperately trying to get on with it and make money for my family. I believe that property is the way to go.I've got your DVD on Wealth creation, but the problem at the moment is that I lack finances. I was unemployed from end August 2009, and only started working from end August 2010, as an intern estate agent which is commision based. With hard work I will get there, but at the moment I've debts to service, as well as other expenses.A few years ago one could get 100% home loans, but with the current economic situation, banks want cash when you apply for a bond!

I am a single mom of 28, with a 6 yr old daughter. When I feel i want to start something, I start panicking, will I get the profits, will I sustain it, will I have enough for me and my daughter and extended family. I also dont have any direct business idea, dont know where to start, how to start and when to start and what to do.

I am a single mother and have a 8 to 5 job. I cannot take chances with money like my friends do as I need to make sure my kids always have and go to good schools. I am trying to get funding to start my own business and I have good ideas but I think fear is keeping me back as I constantly think the "what if's". So I guess FEAR is holding me back.

To Be Honest...

I haven't a clue? So it must be absolutely nothing!

Let me get back to work and start bringing the money in! :D

Thanks!

I have adopted 2 youngsters, my wife always tells me that caring for them cost so much that we can not afford to spend money on other "so-called money schemes". She is the great pessimist her self. since I had a couple of strokes, I had to entrust her with the finacial side of the householding, although I'm still currently working - until my medical boarding has been approved.
